Terms & Conditions

-  Subject to availability, black-out date, surcharge on subsequent hour/pax and add-on. 

-  Redeemable at Grand Ion Delemen Hotel, Genting Highlands daily.

-  No cancellation or refund upon confirmed booking.

-  Date / Time amendment must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival date/time.

-  Cannot be availed in conjunction with other privileges, offers, promotions or discounts.

-  Any purchases in excess of the voucher value must be settled directly with the cashier, subject to applicable taxes and charges.

How to Redeem

-   Receive your E-Ticket (with QR Code) upon payment made. 

-   Download My Tourism Mobile App to view your E-Ticket > "Dashboards" > "Deals"

-   Alternatively, download your E-Ticket via Email. Kindly check your Spam/Junk Folder if you are unable to locate it in your inbox. 

-   Prior reservation via recreation@iondelemenhotels.com or phone call via +603 64332200 (Ext 8250 / 8854) is required at least 1 day before arrival.

-   Present your E-Ticket at Fitness Centre (Level 6, Grand Ion Delemen Hotel) for redemption.
